What do you get when you combine Louis the Child and Pell? Pellican Child. The two artists from different areas, Louis the Child from Chicago and Pell from New Orleans, have an incredible sound that represents their cities well. Both artists have seen their share of the spotlight. Rap artist Pell had a song remixed by G-Eazy back in May of 2015.
